Our collections are handmade to order. Please allow 14 days from order confirmation to delivery. Delivery prices at checkout are based on estimated parcel weights. For any special international or urgent delivery requests, please email enquiries@pour.co.uk or fill in the form on the contact page before progressing with your order and we will try our best to accommodate them, wherever possible. Unfortunately for now we do not currently ship outside Europe as standard.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not fully happy with your item or it gets damaged in transit please email enquiries@pour.co.uk with an explanation and photos and we will do our best to solve the issue promptly. In the event of making an exchange please return the item to the address below in the original packaging, ensuring it is fully secure to prevent any further damage. Authorised Royal Mail Signed For® return delivery costs will be refunded upon safe receipt with valid proof of purchase.
